The ESS was discontinued in November 2007. Annual service, blocked category updates, and technical support are still provided by Centipede Networks. If you require support for your ESS, please use the resources below.

- E-mail support — Emails are routed to support personnel and are responded in the order they are received. Emails are responded to within two business days.
- Support Center — Submit tickets via the web and chat live with support personnel (live support may also be accessed using the live support icon at the top right of every page on our website).
- Phone support — We may be reached at 918.524.1010 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm US Central Time (CST/CDT) Monday through Friday.
